Dear Readers
After nearly 3 years, I believe that it is finally time to end the Curious Tribe blog as we know it.
Over the course of this short time Curious Tribe has:
- Produced over 2500 blog posts
- Published two issues of a printed magazine (Invasion Magazine)
- Published two issues of an online magazine (Invasion Online)
- Developed a brand tshirt
- Participated in the Alternative Media Expo twice
- And created 12 mix tapes
But more than that, we have shown that young people have the power to make a dent in the universe.
I am writing to inform you that Curious Tribe will transition to a brand umbrella for a number of new products. This site will no longer update with dope culture posts and instead will focus on brand progress for Curious Tribe and ventures that we support.
Our newest venture INVADENOLA.COM launched in late December and aims to be the best indie online magazine New Orleans has seen. The site updates biweekly on Tuesdays with issues based on specific themes. In conjunction with this project we have a new culture and events blog and an events calendar.
Thank you for your continued support. My focus for 2010 is to take bigger risks. I can’t do this without you.
